For this Tutorial l used " Under the Sea " from Mystical Illusionz

I began with a 800 x 800 image and added paper08 after a resizing to 800
Next l selected element07 and moved it to the left top corner adding a drop shadow of 2
Element15 came next after a size adjustment it was put into place
Elements 43 and 44 came next after resizing and once in place l gave them a drop shadow of 3
The last element was number61 and once it was resized and added to the tag l send it below the rainbow and added a drop shadow of 2
The tube was added last and once in place l added a drop shadow of 3
