Tammy it's a fun kit to play with that's why l thought l would make a tag with tooshtoosh it's a new site with amazing tubes and you can find tooshtoosh here
The other image l used is from Suzanne Woolcott you can buy her tubes from here
As there were no frames in this kit, l used one which was from a good friend ©Lorna and the other one was from ©A-liya
Lorna's Frame is no longer on her Blog, l have seen others much like it on other blogs.

I will be using the Tooshtoosh tag for this tutorial
l began with a 600 x 600 pixels transparent image adding to it my selected frame and l selected paper10 and resized it to 600 pixels and adding it sending it down. l then noticed after trying other papers the frame and papers didn't blend well together so l thought l would change the color of the frame.
By doing a flood fill to frame somehow the paper color changed making the tag a delight to work, a drop shadow of 5 was added to the frame
l then selected an image for this tag l picked the Giraffe and add Giraffraff Birds both lots of images were resized and given a drop shadow of 3
I then selected fence 3 and resized it to 500 and added it to the tag sending it down below the tube, it also received a drop shadow of 4
Hearts 1-4 were then added and resized plus given a drop shadow of 3 once they were place on the tag
Balloon Bunch was next once it was resized to 260 and placed into position a drop shadow of 3 was given
String and Bow 2 was selected to fit at the lower part of the frame once it was resized to 500 and put into place and a drop shadow of 2 was given
Spring flowers 1-4 were all resized to 130 with a further adjustment then put into place with duplicates made of each and mirrored to it to the correct spots
