l made this tag using the amazing work of frenchgirl, the scrapkit is called
" Experimental Toys "

I just adore the elements and papers in this scrapkit they are truly amazing and very unique keep up the good work, frenchgirl

Sometimes l feel a simple tag can have both style and charm, l hope you all agree that this one has both
I started the tag of with a 800 800 transparent image, then selected paper2 and add it to the image after a resizing to 800
Next l followed this up with layers, load/save mask and hit load
Element34 came next and was added to the centre of the mask after a resizing to 400, next came a flood fill in the centre of the frame with paper7
A drop shadow of 4 was added
Element55 came next and after a resizing to 300 it was added to the tag with some adjustments to the size and put into place with a drop shadow of 2
Last element was number 63, it was added to the tag and send down below the frame with a drop shadow of 2
I selected a Kenny Kiernan tube for this tag, once added to it a drop shadow of 4 was also given to the tube
I merged the tag and add a dual border in two different colors
I then added the wordart, licence details and Sophia's name
