For this tag l used the amazing work of Butterfly Kisses Scraps. Deanna's work is truly amazing, you can view her Blog here and download this ScrapKit from here

I started this tag with a 800 x800 image and add paper 5 then went to layers, load/save mask and selected my mask and hit load
Next l selected mesh element, resized it to 400 and add it to the center of the tag with a drop shadow of 2
Glitter Spatter came next and after a resizing to 300 it was add to the centre of the mesh with a drop shadow of 3
Wire and Bouquet were both next they were adjusted and resized once they were on the tag with Bouquet being duplicated and angled. All 3 elements receive a drop shadow of 2
Flowers were resized to 300 and adjusted once they were placed on the tag and send down below the mesh with a drop shadow of 2
Heart wing was duplicated with 1 element being send down below the mesh and angled to give a slight different appearance, the top one was placed in the center below the wire both hearts received a drop shadow of 3
Last l selected the tube from Suzanne's gorjuss collection, adding a drop shadow of 4
The WordArt and Deanna's name were last with the license details
