This tag was made with the amazing work of Bubbles Dream, the ScrapKit l used is called " Pink Funky Halloweenies "

This tag began with a 800 x 800 image and l added paper1 then l went to layers, load/save and selected my mask and hit load
Element 18 was next and after a slight adjustment it was placed towards the edge of the mask with a drop shadow of 4
Element1 was next and once in the centre of the tag a drop shadow of 2 was added
Element9 came next and was placed towards the left centre and a drop shadow of 2 added then l duplicated it and miorrored the second one flipping it also
Element15 was resized to 400 and put into place on the tag with a minor adjustment and a drop shadow of 3
Next l added the tubes from suzanne's Gorjuss collect doing a minor adjustment with the size then adding a drop shadow of 3 and 4
The license details and Bubbles name is the last items added
