When making this tag l selected one of Kristen's former PTU called Fantasies in Pink

I started with a 650 x 650 transparent image and add paper1 then went to layers, load/save mask and selected my mask
Next l selected Bow2 and add it to the center of the tag after resizing, adding a drop shadow of 3
Tulip1 came next and was add to the center of the bow with a drop shadow of 2
Transcloud1 came next and was sent below the tulip duplicated and flipped with a drop shadow of 2
FlowerFlurry4 was the next element l selected and after a minor resizing to 300 it was added to the tag sent down below the bow, duplicated and mirrored with both received a drop shadow of 3
Cookie1 was the last element added and it was adjusted on the tag plus a drop shadow of 4 added
License details and the wordart plus Kristen name were last
