For this tag l used a ScrapKit called " Smile " from Kristen of Mystical Illusionz

I started this tag with paper2 after opening a 800 x 800 transparent image and followed this with layers, load/save mask selected my mask
Then l added element54 after a resizing to 350 and l angled it sending it below the mask, a drop shadow of 3
Element30 was next, once on the tag it was send below element54 and angled with a drop shadow of 4
Element 16 came next and was sent down below 54 with an adjustment to the angle, given a drop shadow of 3
Next came element28 which l mirrored and angled then add a drop shadow of 4
Element20 was placed and the tag and the eraser tool was used to remove 3 of the butterflies, you can do this another way if you wish. Drop Shadow of 3 was added
Next came element21 which was resized to 200 before being tucked below the bow to just show the writing " Smile " a drop shadow of 2 was given
Element27 was added next and angled then the size was adjusted once it was in place, with a drop shadow of 3
The tube was next to be added with a drop shadow of 4
License details and Kristen's name were last
