For this tag l used a ScrapKit from Heppy of HF Projekte called " Lavender Dream "
I also used a Fae called " Seasons - Spring " from Aussie Scrap Designs

The Font l used is A&S Signwriter you can find it here

This tag began with a 800 x 800 transparent image and l add paper2 then l followed this with layers, load/save mask and selected my mask
Then l selected element16 and resized it to 250 then add it to the tag angling itand sending it below the mask with a drop shadow of 4
So you see a hazing edge to the appearance
Next l add the Summer fae and adjusted her size and angle before adding a drop shadow of 4
Element18 came next and was resized to 500 before being add to the tag and mirrored then angled and send below the mask
Next l selected paper9 and resized it to 800 and sending it below the mask layer, this gave the tag a look as if it was a layer within a layer
Element3 was last and resized to 220, then placed on the tag with the angle adjusted plus a drop shadow of 3
The license details and Ladylove name were the last things added
