For this tag l used a cute ScrapKit called " Libby's Lullaby "
This ScrapKit comes from Shani of Wicked Princess Scraps here
The Mask l selected is from Gem, it was #33 you can find it here
The font l selected is 2 Peas Miss Happy you can also find it here

This tag started with a 800 x 800 image and l added paper7, then l clicked layers, load.save mask and selected my mask and hit load
Bowtieframe came next and was added to the centre of the mask with a drop shadow of 4
Then l selected paper13 and adjusted the size to 250 senting it below the frame and duplicating it so each frame had a color paper behind it
Startrail was next and send below the frame on a angle with a drop shadow of 2
BigBow was resized to 260 and sent below the frame on a angle with a drop shadow of 2 then l duplicated it and flipped it to show some ribbon on the other frame
Carriage and RockingChair2 were both resized to 160 then added to the tag with a drop shadow of 2
The flags were then added after a resizing to 350, once they were in place and a drop shadow of 2 was added
The tube was then added and once it was in place l added a drop shadow of 4
GirlyBear and Stork were both resized to 260 with some minor adjustment before adding a drop shadow of 2
I added the wordart and Shani's name
