For this tutorial l used the amazing work of Shani's. Wicked Princess Scraps here

Shani and James work makes a great match, both have joined the new Store PSP Asylum in the past few days. Awesome designers and artists

I started of with a 800 x 800 image and added paper15 then l selected layers, load/save mask and hit load
Next I selected fencing2 after a resizing to 450 l placed it on the tag with a drop shadow of 2
HeartDoodle was next after a adjustment in its size and a drop shadow of 2 once it was in place
The tube was added next and a drop shadow of 4 was also added
CityScape was selected next and resized to 500 before being added to the tag with a drop shadow of 4 once it was send below the tube
I then cropped the tag added the license details and a double border
WordArt and Shani's name came last
