I used Wicked Princess' Scraps ScrapKit called " Nicki " for this tag, its a cute mauve ScrapKit

The tag began with a 800 x 800 image and l added paper4, then l went to layers, load/save mask and hit load after selecting my mask
Then l selected the bow and resized it to 500 before angling it on the tag and adding a drop shadow of 4
Daffodil came next and was resized to 400 before being added to the right of the tag with a drop shadow of 3 then l duplicated it and mirrored it to the left side
The Tube was next and once in place and minor adjustment in the size before adding a drop shadow of 3
Next came the Dove after a resizing to 150 it was added to the tag with a drop shadow of 3 then duplicated and mirrored, followed by the second dove being moved up on the left side
License details were added, followed by Shani's name
