This unique tag came from a ScrapKit called " Lysithea "

I used Gems #32 mask for this tag also, you can find it here
Gail this is a amazing dark Scrapkit that has some awesome elements and papers

This tag started with bg4 and a canvas 800 x 800 then l went to layers. load/save mask and selected my mask
Next l selected the Antique_frame and once it was on the paper l adjusted its size before adding a drop shadow of 4
The next element was the moon which l sized to 300 with some adjustment once it was in the centre of the frame
RV1 was the next element and after a resizing to 300 it was added to the right of the frame, once in place l adjusted the size before adding a drop shadow of 3
Tree1 was also resized to 300 and added to the centre of the frame with a drop shadow of 2
The Heart and Bouquet2 were both resized to 200 and 100 before being placed on the tag with a drop shadow of 3
I selected the Lysithea11 and adjusted the size before adding it to the tag with a drop shadow of 3
Next l added a copyright and Gails online name
