For this tag l used Deanna's ScrapKit called " LovelyYou"

Deanna what a cute kit, its reminds me of the 60s as a 10-12 year old. I hope you enjoy my results

I started this tag with a 700 x 700 transparent image and add paper13 then selected layers/ load/save mask and hit load
Next l selected Scatter1 and angled it adding a drop shadow of 3
The doodle03 element came next and was adjusted to fit in the center of the mask and scatter1 then l used the flood fill and changed the colour to black then add a drop shadow of 3
Doodle02 was resized to 300 and add to the center of the tag with a drop shadow of 3
Heart02 was resized to 200 and once in place some adjustment was done before a drop shadow of 4 was added
Butterfly04 came next and was added to the tag with a drop shadow of 3 once it was put into placed and mirored
The tube was added and the size of it was adjusted then it received a drop shadow of 2
License details and Deanna's name were last
