I don't do many St Patty's day tags each year, but as soon as l saw this scrapkit l just had to play with it. It is called " Irishspirit " and comes from Mystical Illusionz you can view the blog here

Kristen this kit is a amazing blend of style and class, l hope you like my results l really wanted to do something different

I started this tag with a 750 x 750 transparent image and add paper7 then went to layers. load/save mask and hit load once l had selected my mask
Then l selected potofgoldrainbow and resized it to 450 adding it to the tags center with a drop shadow of 3
Once it was in place l added the banner after a resizing to 300 and angled it to sit just on the rainbow with a drop shadow of 4
Clover4 came next, and the size was adjusted and angled to fit within the center of the rainbow with a drop shadow of 4
Rose was the last element, after a resizing to 200 its was placed and angled on the rainbow element with a drop shadow of 2
Then l add the tube and gave it a drop shadow of 5
Plus the wordart on the banner
License details where last along side Kristen's name
