For these tag's l used a ScrapKit called " Shades of Irish Green " from Lady Noelle Buttons and Bows

For this Tutorial l have used the Gentle Flower tag
I started with a 600 x 600 transparent image and add paper 9 then selected frame 06 and adjusted the size to fit nicely in the center of the paper adding a drop shadow of 5
Next l selected flower04 and after adding it to the tag l adjusted its postion and add a drop shadow of 3
Flowers03 came next and after l adjusted it l send it down below the frame and to the left with a drop shadow of 3
SafetyPin 02 came next and after it was resized to 200 l added it to the tag and gave it a drop shadow of 2
Butterfly02 came next after l mirrored it and adjusted it to 120 l put it into place with a drop shadow of 2
The image came from Suzanne Woolcott's Gorjuss, once it was added l came it a drop shadow of 2
Noelle's name and the license details were added
