Deanna's ScrapKits are truly amazing, l love using them.
The one l used for this tag is called " Let's Celebrate "

I used a mask as well for this tag, l used one from HorsePlay's Pasture you can find it here
The Font used was " Candy Script " you can find it here

I started with a 750 x 750 transparent image, then add paper04 and went to layers then to load/save mask and hit load
Next l added the frame to the center of the mask and added paper02 after a resizing to 400 and some adjustment. Next followed a drop shadow of 4 to the frame
Doodle02 was paste to the tag and send down under the frame with a slight adjustment to the size and a drop shadow of 2
Doodle01 was added to the left side of the frame and send down with a drop shadow of 2, then it was duplicated three times and mirrored and flipped to allow doodle's in each corner
Next l add a tube from Suzanne Woolcott's collection of Gorjuss Tubes, given it a drop shadow of 2
The WordArt and double border were next with Deanna's name
