This sweet tag was made using Shani's Winter's Piroutte ScrapKit

The font l used was 2peas mister giggles you can find it here
I also used a tube from Suzanne Woolcott, you can find her Gorjuss images at her store here
l used HorsePlays Pasture no 27 Mask, you can find it here
Shani the papers and elements are so cute in this ScrapKit, awesome work

I began this tag with a 850 x 850 transparent image and add paper20, following this up with layers, load/save mask
Next came the Heartwreathframe, it was adjusted in size once it was on the tag then given a drop shadow of 4
This Tube was added inside the frame next
Snowflakeddangle was the next element and was add after a resizing to 600 then send down below the frame with a drop shadow of 1
Wireflower was resized to 650 and add to the tag sending it below the frame on a angle
License details, a resizing and Shani's name were last to be added
